Here's an uncomfortable truth about transformation.
Most organisations invest heavily in the strategy. The operating model. The technology stack. The governance framework.
And then wonder why adoption is slow, resistance is high, and the benefits never quite materialise.
The answer is almost always the same: the people piece was treated as a communications problem, not a design problem.
Human-Centric Transformation flips that. It starts with what your people value, how they experience their work, and what would need to be true for them to commit, not just comply.
This knowledge article unpacks this in detail. From behavioural and cultural change, to capability building, to what genuine enablement looks like in practice.
If you're leading change, or wondering why change isn't landing, it might be worth a read.
Feel free to download this article. If you do, please let us know. We would love to engage.
